No witty title,
disappointing I'm sure.
But here it is, my lovely ireport
Omg theres nothing there you say?
That is because ireport & blogger decided they didn't want to accept my ireport.
I and the other people working on it, Catherine O'sullivan and Maryanne Herrygers, have tried to upload it to our blog and ireport several times with no success.
We thought it was finally up but have now realised, the day it is due, that it has not loaded anywhere.
So i figure until it decides to pull its head in and accept Windows Movie Maker files were gunna have to do this old school & use your imagination.
Now the ireport was called Attack of the Phones Part 2.
Following on from Attack of the Phones this report takes us to the latest crime scene where a phone was caught on security camera attacking a woman then fleeing the scene with an unknown human accomplice.
The video was filmed in many many takes because we couldn't stop laughing.
It begins with me, the news lady reporting on the recent phone attack. Then we flick to the security camera footage where Catherine, the victim, is seen talking on her phone while walking up the stairwell and out of the camera range. The camera on the next level shows her lying "dead" in the stairwell with her phone sitting above her. We then see the accomplice, affectionately referred to as Cat Lady, played by Maryanne, picking up the phone and fleeing the scene.
Then we go back to news lady who notices that her cameraman/ assistant/ person standing next to her is the accomplice from the security footage. Maryanne deflects the accusations the camera drops and then t.v static plays. Then the credits roll.
To edit this film we had to crop scenes and make sure they all flowed together. For the security camera footage we added the old film effect and the black and white effect to make it look like it was from a security camera. There was noise when filming those scenes so we muted the audio and added the scary music from Jaws to give it a better mood.
We added tv static to the end of the report to show the camera had be dropped and to imply something was happening with cat lady & her killer phone. Finally we added the Jaws music over the credits to give it a final punch.
i know your probably pft, yeah right but it did happen. Jules, our tutor saw it in class and if need be we can email it to whoever is marking. Also our failed attempts at uploading it are on ireport under the newsuploader1@gmail.com.
